Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Lisa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and organization members.

Description of the service

Lisa is an AI product intelligence platform that connects your Slack conversations, Linear tickets, and GitHub code into a single living context — helping teams make real decisions through structured discovery, grounded PRDs, and precisely scoped issues. The Service includes AI-powered planning tools, third-party integrations, and related functionality.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Lisa. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.

AI features

Lisa includes AI-powered features that process your content to generate suggestions, summaries, and other outputs. AI outputs are provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Third-party integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party services such as GitHub, Linear, and Slack. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

API usage

We provide an API for programmatic access to the Service. API usage is subject to these terms and any applicable rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage is excessive or abusive.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisa and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of Lisa after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
