Claude Code can take a task and run for hours, making multi-file changes, running tests, and iterating autonomously. The developer productivity revolution is no longer coming — it arrived.
But here's the question nobody's asking: when your AI agents can ship a feature in an afternoon, who's managing the 47 tickets they generate along the way?
The output problem
The conversation around AI coding tools has been almost entirely about speed. And the numbers are real — teams report 25-50% improvements on routine coding, debugging, and documentation. But speed without direction is just chaos moving faster.
